The Zamzam Project reflects our dedication to creating vibrant and sustainable communities. This initiative involved the design, development, and construction of 100 residential units, including both single-family and multi-family homes. Each unit was built with modern materials and technologies, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality, safety, and building regulations.
Essential utilities such as water, sewerage, electricity, and telecommunications were integrated into a meticulously planned underground network, providing reliability and ease of maintenance. Complementing the residential units, the project included the construction of internal roads, sidewalks, and a robust stormwater drainage system to ensure smooth access and effective flood prevention.
Mechanical systems, including HVAC and fire protection, were incorporated into each unit to enhance comfort and safety. Beyond the residences, the development featured community spaces, landscaped green areas, and ample parking facilities, fostering a welcoming and functional neighbourhood.
