The Al Awata Project, spanning 20 hectares, exemplifies our expertise in delivering comprehensive infrastructure solutions. The scope included the design and construction of roads, drainage systems, and essential utilities such as water, sewerage, electricity, and telecommunications. This project aimed to establish a fully functional infrastructure for residential and commercial use, meeting the highest standards of quality and compliance.
The road network featured expertly designed and paved internal roads, complete with efficient drainage, sidewalks, and traffic signage to optimize both vehicle and pedestrian flow. A sophisticated stormwater management system, incorporating underground pipelines, retention ponds, and catch basins, was implemented to ensure effective water flow and prevent flooding.
Utilities installation included water supply lines, sewerage systems, and underground electrical and telecommunications networks, with provisions for future expansion. Additionally, earthworks and grading were carried out to level the terrain and create stable foundations, while final landscaping enhanced both drainage efficiency and the area’s overall appearance.
