The Souq Al Khaimes Project spans an impressive 60 hectares, showcasing our ability to deliver large-scale infrastructure solutions tailored to diverse community needs. The project encompassed the construction of roads, drainage systems, and utilities, including water, sewerage, electricity, mechanical works, and telecommunications. Designed to serve both residential and commercial purposes, every aspect adhered to stringent quality standards and regulatory compliance.
The road network was meticulously planned, paved, and equipped with drainage systems, sidewalks, and traffic signage, ensuring smooth vehicular and pedestrian movement. A robust drainage system was implemented to manage stormwater efficiently, incorporating underground pipelines, retention ponds, and catch basins to mitigate flooding risks.
Utility installations included the development of water supply lines, sewer systems, and underground electrical and telecommunications networks. Advanced mechanical works, such as HVAC and plumbing systems, were also integrated to support future expansion and operational efficiency.
Comprehensive earthworks and grading were carried out to prepare the terrain, ensuring stable foundations for all infrastructure components. Landscaping and final finishing touches enhanced the functionality and aesthetic appeal of the area, creating a well-organized and sustainable environment.
